Ticket Information
One of only 10 Platinum clubs outside Europe, meaning members get priority access to match tickets.
A new policy was introduced from the 2026/27 season whereby each member of a Platinum status club i.e. UAE, is entitled to eight tickets per season, subject to ordering via the Supporters Club (SC) process and meeting any loyalty points requirements.
The first thing to do is to familiarise yourself with the Ordering Periods PDF. You will see when to apply for Home and Away games.
Home games at Stamford Bridge
You can apply yourself by logging into Chelsea’s TicketMaster page here. Ensure that you apply via the ’Supporters Club’ option for Platinum clubs.
If it says you’re ‘ineligible’ or other error, try logging out, clearing the ‘cache’ on your browser, log in again, and if it’s still not fixed, check the ordering guide here and if it’s still not fixable, send us a message with your name, Supporter Number and the issue to [email protected] and we will try to escalate.
You may also apply via the ‘normal’ member application to maximise your chances but, only one ticket per game will be granted by Chelsea.
Away games
Applications will be via UAECSC rather than directly to Chelsea UK and you can request your ticket via the form below.

If you want to sit with other UAECSC members, you can select ‘Sit with UAE members’ and we will add you to the stand chosen by others. You need to complete the form ASAP when the window opens as the admin team has to manually apply for your ticket before the window closes. It’s strictly one ticket per member.
If your request is granted, payment will need to be made within 48 hours and they will issue online tickets (home games) directly to you, a few days before the game. All away tickets must be collected in person from Stamford Bridge with your original ID when the ticket office is open.
The admin team can collect for you (if one of us is attending) so feel free to ask but, no one else would be allowed to collect for you and they will not send to a UK address as we are an overseas club.
Refund or transfer may be available for home tickets but not for Away tickets as the details of the ticket holder is already shared with the Away club and difficult to change.
Chelsea may also request you to come to Stamford Bridge to collect the physical ticket with official ID anytime before the game to prevent touting and we have had this happen in the past. There have also been cases of random ID checks after someone has taken their seat in the stadium.
Anyone touting or transferring to non UAECSC members may get a ban or UK police prosecution in cases of touting. Admin is not responsible for what you do with your ticket or any disputes with Chelsea.
